The side plates are made of high-strength structural steel, precisely cut using high-precision CNC cutting to ensure dimensional accuracy and the positional precision of all holes. High-strength bolts are used for connections without welding seams, avoiding the generation of thermal stress and greatly reducing the risk of side plate cracking.

The exciter employs high-precision carburized and quenched helical gears for transmission, ensuring load capacity, operational stability, and reliability. Oil seals are used to prevent lubricant leakage during operation. Magnetic oil plugs adsorb fine metal particles inside the exciter, purifying the lubricating oil. Bearings specifically designed for vibrating equipment ensure reliability under vibrational loads. The exciter housing is manufactured in one go by a CNC machining center and inspected with a three-coordinate measuring instrument.

The exciter drive beam is made of high-strength steel plate with a box-shaped structural design, automatically welded using fixtures to achieve high weld strength. Post-weld heat treatment is applied to eliminate residual welding stress.

The crossbeam features a rectangular seamless tube structure with a more rational cross-sectional strength. The exterior is coated with polyurethane spray to ensure wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

The springs are composite springs with metal spiral steel springs wrapped in rubber, offering characteristics such as small amplitude when passing through resonance zones, low noise, and long service life.

The screen plate is made of stainless steel with polyurethane-edged slotted screen panels, featuring high open area, wear resistance, long service life, and easy maintenance.
